So what’s going on and what is the 5 Minute Traffic Tycoon Membership? The good news for all lifetime apprentice level members and above nothing changes. Bad news for anyone that sitting on the fence deciding what to do. Well you missed the boat on this one. Its not Kimball or the 5 Minute Mogul System 2.0 2.0 systems fault but the way of the world at present.
Let me explain: Paypal have been coming down hard on accounts that use affiliate links for sales. Its been rumoured about the web that its due to the number of refunds Paypal are processing.
So Paypal accounts that get a lot of refund requests or ask for a lot of refunds are getting shut down. Marketers have been offering 60 day money back guarantees on their products. Ok some are crap or just don’t live up to their claims and deserved to be refunded. On the other side is the serial refunder. They buy a product, use it, ask for a refund, keep the product and still keep using it.
Paypal earn a commission on the sale but the refund costs them. So the hunt is on for marketers that get a lot of refunds and buyers that ask for a lot of refunds. Paypal freezes their account then cancels it.
So where does 5 Minute Mogul System 2.0 2.0 come into this? As I understand it Paypal are now looking for accounts that that promote affiliate links and 5 Minute Mogul System 2.0 has 22 income streams that are affiliate links. Hence the hit. That’s how I understand it.
This means that 5 Minute Mogul System 2.0 2.0 can no longer take payments or pay commissions via paypal any more.
As it turned out it was no big deal just a annoyance everyone did not need. Paypal was just a stop gap measure until 5 Minute Mogul System 2.0 got its own merchant account up and running. But to keep the Merchant account provider and the FTC happy they had to make a few changes.
